Helios Cardio and Shamrock Surgical Announce Distribution Partnership

Helios Cardio Inc., a cardiac repair and regeneration company, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Shamrock Surgical Inc., a leading distributor that supports cardiac operating rooms in states west of the Mississippi with best-in-class technologies. Under this agreement, Shamrock will distribute Helios Cardio's CardiaMend(TM) Pericardial and Epicardial reconstruction matrix, providing cardiac surgeons with the most advanced, implantable biomaterial available.
